Sunshine Saturday landed on Saturday 9 January in 2016 and is one of the most popular days in the calendar for British nationals to book their holiday breaks this year.
This campaign aimed to:
Articulate the importance of having appropriate travel insurance before going on holiday
Increase awareness of the potential impact (cost and time) if something goes wrong when uninsured
Maintain (or even improve on) the historically high proportion of British travellers taking out insurance (currently at 88% according to our 2015 GfK research
